Turquoise Otter opened in Downtown Kennesaw in 2014, the brainchild of best friends of 20 years looking for a place to engage in the community and build a network of family and friends through their business.

The first part of the name, Turquoise, honors the Navajo people that the founders spent time ministering to in New Mexico. The second part of the name, Otter, derives from a personality test developed by John Trent and Gary Smalley. If you have ever watched an otter, you know they love to play.
