International Yoga Day at Depot Park

Join us for International Yoga Day on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Depot Park for a peaceful morning of mindfulness, movement, and community connection. This free event welcomes all experience levels to celebrate the global theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” which emphasizes the link between personal well-being and the health of our planet. Check-in begins at 7:45 AM, followed by a Morning Flow: Vinyasa Journey from 8:30 to 9:15 AM and Holy Yoga Flow from 9:45 to 10:45 AM.
