Southern Spirits

The Kennesaw Museum Foundation and the Southern Museum will host Southern Spirits on Thursday, July 3, from 7 to 10 p.m., coinciding with the City of Kennesaw’s Salute to America celebration. The 21-and-over event will take place both indoors and outdoors at the Southern Museum, offering guests access to museum exhibits, live music by the Mars Hill Porch Pickers and a front-row seat to Kennesaw’s fireworks display. Admission includes three adult beverages (beer or wine), food and lawn seating for the fireworks. Chairs are provided, though attendees may bring their own chairs or blankets. Tickets are $30 for museum members and $40 for non-members, available at the museum ticket counter or at www.southernmuseum.org. Limited tickets will be sold at the door.
